Best backpack camera back for vacation

Looking for the best camera bag that can fit a Nikon d300 as well as the Nikon 24-70mm lens, and possibly a flash. Also it would be nice if it could fit a 17" macbook pro, but thats not entirely necessary.

I will be traveling around Vietnam + Japan, and i am looking for something that can hold my gear and keep it relatively safe during the day.

Thanks!

I recently purchased the Sling Pack for DSLRs by Incase (www.goincase.com/products/detail/cl58032) and I love it. It fits my Canon 60D body, two lenses, and could easily fit a flash (I don't have one yet), so I use that pocket for my filters and lens covers, etc...

I don't think it could hold a MBP, but it is large enough to fit my iPad in the front pocket which is what I use to transfer photos.
