Battery Replacement
My 30 was actually a used one I bought off of ebay and I have had it for around 10 months and it has been great. however, like all rechargeable batteries, the one in this one is starting to lose its charge more quickly. Does anyone know a reliable place online where I could send it in to have the battery replace?
I would contact Microsoft first, they would probably be the best equipped for replacing the battery.

There are also many companies that will either send you a kit so that you can replace it yourself, or that you can send your Zune to for them to replace it. I've seen a few recommendations for a company named Rapid Repair that offers both options.

I've replaced my myself, its fairly straightforward as the battery isn't soldered into the cirtcuitboard, its a ribbon cable with a plug at the end.
You can buy batteries online (some come with tools and instructions). I got mine from ebay, they were an upgrade to 900mAH. They were only $7.
I'm very glad I did it, but be careful not to let dust into the zune. A small speck of dust got under my screen and its noticeable enough to bug me, but too small to want to try to get out and risk more dust.
