Audio Jack Loose

I just wanted to poll and see if I'm the only one with this issue. My audio jack is loose. I can wiggle the plug in the jack. It makes a popping sound when I do this.

I think I'm going to exchange the phone because of this... any thoughts or similar experiences?

I never paid it any attention, but my audio jack has more than the normal side to side looseness.
But no clicking sound and not very noticeable.

Not sure I could take mine back as I don't have any popping noise.

Let us know you experience in trying to return the unit.

I had the exact same problem. It got to the point that just walking around with it in my pocket was enough movement to make the audio pop and break up. It seems like some phones just have this problem. A friend of mine had this happen with his Droid as well. We both took out phones back and got replacements. No problems with the new one for me yet.

I just exchanged it. It fixed the problem. Thanks for the comments. :)

I have the exact same problem, but I wasn't going to bother exchanging it, but hearing from some of you that it gets worse, I think I will.
How much is synced on Android? Will any of my settings be carried over to the new phone?

Some stuff syncs and some doesn't.

Web stuff: gmail, calendar, gtalk, contact list goes automatically to the new phone.

I had the store switch my sd card over instead of taking the new one. All my music and pictures were on the card, plus some of the app settings.

Apps: none of them synced. The market only keeps track of what you've paid for, so you're either going to have to write down what you have and do it all over or use some sort of a backup solution. I made a list of mine beforehand and have been using www.androlib.com/ with the barcode scanner to repopulate my apps. I wish i would have done one of the backup options though.

So, basically, if I back up my apps (im doing this in ASTRO anyways) and swap the SD cards, everything should, more or less, sync?
awesome.

Yep, that should be right. You'll probably have to redo your home screen and some setting things, but it should preserve almost all of your data if you do it this way.
