Are you disappointed with the 4S keeping the 3.5" screen size?

This is my Next has an article that states that the Nexus Prime may have an 4.65" screen. Is that too big, is 3.5" a good size or is it too small?

I currently have an Evo 4G and an iPod Touch (4th gen). I can tell a screen size difference but I don't mind the iPod screen size because of the quality of the screen (which is inferior to the iPhone screen).

I am most definitely pre-ordering on Friday for the 4S despite the lack of a bigger screen...

3.5" is the perfect size for a phone. You're able to hold it in one hand and thumb swipe the width of the phone with ease - that's hard to do with the bigger phones. The iPhone's screen still looks great because it's 300 dpi.

If you want a big screen carry an iPad in your pocket ;)

I am pretty disappointed, I'd love a 4" screen. It would be a bump up for browsing, reading, and typing. I think Apple can (and will at some point) pull this off in an amazing way that only marginally increases the phone's physical footprint.

I'm disappointed yes, while this phone sounds very able, the 3.5" screen is starting to make the design feel dated to me. I havent made up my mind yet, overall but I am thinking it might be smart to hold off on preordering for a few days and take a look at the nexus prime.

I really, really do not want a bigger phone. The iPhone is plenty big already when it sits in my pants pocket. I don't want an SUV iPhone.

Yes, I am. I have a 4" screen now (Atrix) and I still think I can have larger. I think the biggest problem is web browsing or reading... More screen real estate and pixels means less often I have to resize or scroll or pan to see content. If those minor annoyances can be softened, I'd be on my phone more.

To Be Honest The Screen Size Is The Only Thing I Was Slightly Dissapointed About .... But Saying That I Find That The 3.5" Is Big Enough For A Mobile Device .... Theres A Reason The Evos, Galaxys, Xperias, etc Need A Bigger Screen ... They Are Inferior To The Iphone In Every Way

The Only Reason People Dislike The 4s Is Because The Form Factor Is The Same As The 4 And Not Called 5 .... The Updates Are Great .... If It Looked Different And Was Called The 5 People Would Say IT Was Great :)

I was impressed buy the Galaxy SII's screen, but I guess it's not as important in everyday use as you might think. iOS 5 is what matters - I'll test it on my 3GS and decide then whether or not I'm getting a 4S.

Right off the bat yes I was disappointed and not because I think the 3.5 is too small or that we really need the 4inch screen but because the iPhone 5 just looked like such a departure from the 4 that is was impressive.

I'm less interested in screen size and more interested in resolution, so to me the size is not as important.
