Are you able to access the internet using the browser via 3G?

The official spec says "Experimental web browsing is available via Wi-Fi," which suggests that you can no longer use the browser over 3G. Can someone confirm this? If this is true, then I'll order the Keyboard 3G instead.

All of the Kindle models except the Kindle Fire now say "experimental browser" under their "Web" spec, which suggests to me that nothing has changed.
