Go to macsales.com and click on MY OWC. You'll enter your specific MBP model, and the type of upgrade you want to perform. It will show you all of the available upgrades, and give links to their own installation videos on how to perform the upgrade.

You can use any 2.5" SATA disk, be it HDD or SSD.

You'll need a T6 Torx screwdriver and a 2mm phillips head screwdriver.
