Anyone know how the new deep sleep mode is going to work with Bootcamp?
Ah, I guess you're talking about the new 30-day "standby" mode that the MacBook Air has? It seems like this is more of a hardware feature handled by the logic board -- bigger batteries, low power consumption on sleep, etc. That said, I can't find anything definitive about this at the moment.
The Apple support article seems to imply that it's determined by how the logic board detects and handles battery power. But it mentions nothing of Bootcamp:

I'm sure Apple will include proper drivers for Windows through their Apple software update utility (don't forget to install that from the OS X disk) if any are required. I have been surprised to find proper support for all the other hardware, so I would expect at least as much support for this.
