Anyone having problems contacting Logitech support?
I have a bad unit that is having video issues. A few weeks ago, before the update rolled out, I used the online email feature to send them a support request, which they replied to promptly with a suggestion to hard reset, which seemed to fix the problem. A few days after the update, though, it reappeared and now I can't get a reply by their email, chat, or phone support options. Do they have only 1 person manning the ship now, or did they just shut it down and say to hell with the customers? Anyone else tried successfully to contact them in the last few days?
Logitech discontinued the Revue.
