Question about
Anyone having issues with either of their headphones not working? My left one is screwed. I hear the music faintly. But the right side is fine.
I've tried other headphones with my iPhone 4 and I've also tried these headphones on other devices, so I've determined it's the 'phones themselves.
I had that issue too... turned out to be the plug.

try cleaning them. sometimes grime and earwax can pollute the filters that should prevent damaging of the fragile membrames. for example my jays earphone have exchangeable cloth filters - once i changed them they sounded as new. if you still hear your sound faintly this might be the case.

I've contacted Logitech support and they are sending me the MetroFi 220's as a replacement. Great customer service.

I had that problem after a few months with my SuperFi 5vi's. I called Logitech and they replaced them with a newer model.
