Anyone else having trouble with iCloud?
I've turned OFF Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Notes, Photo Stream, AND Documents & Data, but am still told there isn't enough storage space in my iCloud to backup my iPad. What give?

All those things you turned off don't affect your iCloud storage space (possibly with the exception of Mail). To change your iCloud backup settings open Settings, iCloud, Storage and Backup, Manage Storage and then select the device you're currently using and you should be able to turn on and off which apps you want to be included in your iCloud backups.
The Wired app, for instance, by default wants to back up all your downloaded issues, which are 300-400 MB each, so turning that off will save a lot of space on your backups.
