Anyone else having constant signal drops?

I just got this 2 weeks ago and was having constant, random drops to 0 or 1 signal. I took it back and the replacement is also doing this. It is doing this in all coverage areas. Both were manufactured in late Feb., so they came with CL14 out of the box, no update required. I love the phone, but this is not so cool. I am thinking the recently built phones may have a slightly revised baseband chipset different from the early builds. If so, perhaps waiting on an update will resolve it.

If anyone knows how to get in touch with a technician at Sprint Corporate, I'd be happy to troubleshoot this with them. Perhaps others are having the same issue but don't know enough to realize this is not normal.
