Rocking it back and forth seems to get it unstuck, but it eventually sticks again.
I grabbed this from Logitech as open-box / clearance, so I'm not too broken up about it - on a rainy day I'll open it up and see what's causing the issue.

Anyone else have a sticky volume wheel on their G110? Mine seems to get caught on something while spinning.
