Question about
Any recommended "budget" 7in Android tablets?
As the title says, I'm looking for a 7 inch Android tablet that isn't too expensive.
As for what it'd be used for, well basic surfing and multimedia consumption here and there - not really for gaming.
I've had my eye on the Acer Iconia Tab A100 - though I'm still open to other suggestions.
TIA!

Amazon Kindle Fire is kind of the definition of a budget 7" Android tablet made for media consumption (as long as your into Amazon services), for $199: gdgt.com/amazon/kindle/fire/
If you not into the Amazon eco-system I'd probably pay the extra $50 for the better specs on the Galaxy Tab 2 suggested above. The BlackBerry Playbook also falls into this price range, but it's not Android.
