Any other 1st-gen Apple TV owners having a problem with bright pixels and white spots appearing on the screen, or distorted video?

I took a couple of pictures:

I know it's not the TV because my other devices look fine with it. Some people on the Apple discussion boards have also complained about this issue; heat inside the unit might have something to do with it. discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=1759018

Are you using HDMI? The HDMI on my Philips TV is terrible and has image quality problems relating to the Apple TV all the time.
