I have searched and tried a few things but the question is simple -

You can connect many USB printers directly to Airport Express devices and share them with Mac's or PC's. If your using a PC you will want to install the latest version of the Bonjour networking app which includes an easy to use printer wizard which will find any printer you have connected to an airport express and then help you set it up. Just make sure that the Airport Express is properly configured before attempting to configure the printer. If you can use it as an access point you'll then be able to wirelessly print from anywhere on your wired or wireless network (as long as your access points are connected via ethernet to the same network as your wired Mac's or PC's.)
