Internal hard drives support only ext3, ext4. External hard drives support FAT32 and NTFS as well. I lost whole of 2TB because of that. (No warning, QNAP reformatted the internal hard drive) Very quiet. Small form factor. About the size of a MyBook external hard disk, if not slightly bigger....
