Detailed review
The Flip Mino HD is an excellent camera if you're looking for great quality video and the ultimate portability. The software is very robust and allows you some very solid tools for editing your videos as well as hosting them online.
The sound quality is very good from the tiny built-in mic. As long as the person you are videotaping is speaking at a normal volume you'll have no problem picking up the audio.
Video quality-wise, outdoor sunlight yields amazingly sharp results. Indoor shots are nice assuming you have decent lighting, but anything other than that will provide grainy video that's not very HD looking.
All that being said, I love my Flip Mino HD and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for extreme portability and above average video & audio recording quality.
