Photos come out looking great, especially outside and the Zoom is very very good.

So far I haven't got any problems with my camera, I think it has a good price / value ratio and gets me excited about what's to come in the next couple years, however I got a really bad impression about the Software included with the product. Ok so the DMC-TZ7 spec page says that the LCD has a 3:2 aspect ratio and 460k pixels. I think this means it has approximately 830x550 resolution. Can somebody check my math, or tell me I'm nuts because you can't determine resolution from a pixel count and an aspect ration.

I love the camera, especially the wide angle, the long zoom and the 720p video. The audio quality is also great, and does a good job at live rock concerts unlike other cameras I've had. However, I find the zoom laggy and difficult to control. Moving the zoom control a little seems to do almost nothing, and moving it further seems to lag then jump zoom way too far.
