Should I sell this, add $50 and buy the Canon Powershot ELPH 300 HS?

It seems like it would be a good upgrade. The video quality and low light performance look like huge improvements.

Firmware Update?

I tried to get the firmware update (I believe it's 1.2) and they've made it super hard to get it working! I eventually just gave up and never tried it again. Just wondering if/how anyone got theirs to work. I tried the instructions on the website, and that still didn't help me
