I actually had two of these because the front cover, where the ear piece was, kept breaking. Palm (Handspring) had used some incredibly high gauge wiring for the speaker. After the cover would be opened/closed enough, the wiring would somehow get pinched and would require repair. After enough time it got to the point where I couldn't repair it anymore and had to replace the cover since it came with new wiring and casing. I'd place this as one of my favorite phones due to functionality...
