Is the wifi hotspot feature baked into the OS, can it be used with any carrier regardless of what type of data plan you have? Is the Palm Pixi Plus worth buying now?
I'm going abroad soon and I'm in the market for an inexpensive unlocked phone to take with me. Should I buy a Palm Pixi Plus, or Palm Pre (the original)?
