This product was by far the least reliable product of all the Palm devices I ever owned. I had seven die within 2 months and needed replacement. By the time I got my 8th device, Palm had sent me 3 brand new and 4 refurbished devices. However, when it did work, it did have the things I was interested in at the time. i.e. wireless, removable sd card, desktop client, calendar and contacts.
After my second replacement, I had asked if they would be willing to send me a downgraded device from their product line. They said they were unable to do that. When the 8th device died on me, I decided to go with a Window Mobile device and combine my organizer with my phone. The down time between replacement Palm devices was just not acceptable to me.
