I love this phone... I seamlessly migrated from an older Palm Tungsten. The only bad thing is using it with Verizon.. the data plan is way overpriced and pay-as-you-go is impractical.
Bluetooth syncing is very simple to set up.
The chat-style sms is awesome because you can see everything in the conversation. Calendar and to-do list and contact list are all very customizable and detailed and useful.
The touch screen makes things very simple and easy to access. Mine has no scratches and I'm not that nice to it, so it's pretty durable.
You can listen to mp3s through Pocket Tunes or watch movies with TCPMP. There is a microSD slot which makes adding storage space really cheap. Overall, everything is very useful.
The battery lasts me all day long. Lots of texting drains it faster but I've never had it die completely on me. I just charge it every night when I go to bed. I also bought a cheap silicon case for $2 on eBay which really protects the phone from getting scratched.
