The Orbitsound T12v3 is still 2.1 only, but you’re getting impressive sound for your money. We’re still not entirely sure how the spatial stereo technology works, but it certainly makes a difference.

This is a great choice if you're looking for a simple way to beef up the sound on your TV but don't have the room (or money) to invest in a full home cinema system.

Its spatial stereo technology is impressive, delivering wide, detailed sound quality, plus build quality is superb and its easy to install. There’s room for improvement, but even so it’s still one of the best soundbars around.

The problem is the subwoofer lets the side down rather badly. It's both domineering and boomy and you have limited room to manoeuvre when it comes to calming it down.

In short, whatever you decide to plug into the v3, the sound it produces is just amazing.
