What would it take for you to stop shopping at GameStop?
details
Last week it was discovered that GameStop was removing coupons for a free OnLive download of Deus Ex: Human Revolution from PC copies of Deus Ex. Read more about that here: http://gdgt.com/question/did-you-preorder-deus-ex-... Did you preorder Deus Ex from GameStop and receive an OnLive code?
details
Square Enix apparently provided OnLive coupon codes inside the PC version of Deus Ex. After playing with OnLive at one of the gdgt Live events, I'm pretty impressed on how well the service works and having this console gaming experience in such a portable package sounds pretty amazing. The only issue... Read more →

What is holding the OnLive game selection back?
details
Everything I have heard about OnLive makes me think its tech is without a doubt the next (and last) gen gaming experience. OnLive offers the ability to access far superior graphics performance than any console, and it would be continually upgradable on the server side, without customers having to by a new box. Furthermore, it can serve up high fidelity gaming across any device as long as you have some good internet around. That being said, a gaming console is only ever as good as its selection -...
