Detailed review
Nice camera, but does anybody carry a point and shoot anymore? With phone cameras going to 13 MGP and better, why only carry a uni-tasker?

Why is this better than your phone's camera? Lesse ...
  1. Optical zoom
  2. Interchangeable lenses like a DSLR
  3. Larger lens means better in low light and generally higher quality images
  4. The list goes on ...
And here's a big myth-buster for you: the higher the MP does NOT mean your getting a "better" photo. It does mean there are more pixels in the image, but those pixels might not look so great with your 1/4" sized lens from your phone. (See www.kenrockwell.com/tech/mpmyth.htm)

For the average user, I suppose a phone's camera would do okay. However, if you're serious about taking photos with depth and clarity, you can't beat a good point and shoot like this (especially a PEN camera). Or even better yet, a DSLR.

IN SHORT: Phone cameras are certainly getting better, but a phone camera is nowhere near the quality and clarity of a good point and shoot.

I couldn't agree more with JustinScheetz. A phone camera is just an add-on and it will not replace a dedicated P&S. Phone camera means more digital zoom (which let's face it, sucks) and likely no optical zoom, little if any customizability, and what I expect, a sensor that's much weaker than a sensor in a P&S.
