On the whole, the keyboard feel is good, but the Ovi Store needs to add more apps into the store particularly the location based apps and encourage third party and independent developers. It's the only phone with Friendster and Hi5 apps but then again, now one really cares about these social networks except in Southeast Asia.
The upgrade is very difficult for the firmware if you are using a mac. I have difficulty in upgrading the latest firmware. Other than that, the phone experience is okay. Nokia needs to make it easier for the user to stop the apps from running in the background so that it does not drain out the battery.
