The only bad thing about this phone is it's awful battery life, which usually lasts a day at the most. Everything else about it is great, and I love that has both a touch screen and a slide out physical keyboard.

Nokia should not call this phone a 'smartphone'. It doesn't compete with iPhone 4, Nexus One, Palm Pre, and slew of Windows Phone 7 phones. Way behind the times, Nokia!
