The "sameness" is one of the strengths of Windows Phone. It differentiates itself with hardware, not crazy custom skins, like Android.

I understand that some people just don't like certain products, but there's strong evidence of trolling: The other day, he rated it a 3 with absolutely not reasoning as to why. Besides that, the phone isn't even for sale anywhere in the world yet, so he couldn't have "recently bought it." People are just now starting to get their pre-orders delivered. I have no problem with people rating things what they really believe, I just don't believe that he's even touched this phone.
