Detailed review
This is one of the sturdiest phones I've ever used; mostly steel with small plastic sections for the antennas. The keyboard feels great and natural; it's very easy to use one- or two-handed.
The built-in AGPS, along with newer versions of Nokia Maps is both useful and precise.
Little things like a hardware mute button and dedicated calendar, contacts and email buttons around the D-Pad are very useful, especially since the last three can be remapped and differenciate short and long presses, providing up to 6 hardware application shortcuts.
As some of the other reviewers noted, the OS is not exciting, but it's a real workhorse, dependable and reliable. It's not as intuitive as the iPhone but it's also not as limiting.
For a work phone you can't go wrong with the E71.
