The Nokia 808 PureView has the best camera ever included on a cellphone, and can shoot pictures you can't get with any other phone — or even with many cameras. Unfortunately, that camera is held back by a phone that runs an outdated operating system, has limited tools for sharing or editing photos, has a low-resolution display, and is bulky in comparison to most recent phones.
