I owned three or four of these phones over the years in various countries and they always were so reliable. In particular, their menu was easy to understand and then master because you could either navigate with the up/down buttons or type in the quick code to jump to the item you wanted. It takes me twice as long to enter a text on my new-by-comparison HTC WinMo phone than it ever did on the 3390/3310! These were great devices. Thanks Nokia, and thanks to their UI designer.

This was my first ever cell phone. It was such a great phone. Nice keyboard for texting.
