Detailed review
Ever, since it's release in '98, this bad boy has been part of my gaming arsenal. i can remember back when this was THE system to have. Performance wise, it's still pretty good. You're guaranteed no lag, it has one of the widest selections of games, and it was portable. You could connect to other players with a cable, a prelude to the intricate wireless sharing of today, and for its time, not only did it have one of the best screens on a gaming handheld, it was in COLOR. Of course, no system is perfect, and neither is the GB. First of all, by todays standards, this is archaic. secondly, this thing absolutely destroyed batteries. I, or my parents at least, must have spent hundreds on batteries for this thing. Also, even though it's portable, it's still fairly bulky. And my biggest grievance with it is that i always lose the game cartridges. Still, if you can find yours and some of your favorite games, go and play it for awhile, you might be surprised as to how long it can entertain you for.
