All the rumor sites seem to be talking about a new entry level Nikon DSLR aimed at consumers -- the Nikon D3100 (nothing official yet). Rumors say that it will have a 14 megapixel sensor. Not to keep propagating the megapixel myth, but this gives it a higher effective resolution than Nikon's top of the line shooters (Nikon D700, Nikon D3, Nikon D3S -- which are all 12 megapixel).
