The D300 has a 12.3 (effective) MP sensor with an ISO range of 200-3200 and is capable of shooting speeds of 6fps and upto 8fps with the extended battery pack.
Other specs include a 51-sensor Auto focus system, a VGA resolution 3in screen for playback and Live view, options for recording pictures as JPEG, TIFF, 12-bit or 14-bit NEF and a claimed battery life of 1800 shots.
