I bought this because of the GPS capability, but that function eats the batteries so fast that the camera became hard to depend on since the battery went dead after a day or so, even with the GPS off. If I didn't keep the battery either out of the camera or kept an extra fully charged battery... Read the full review →

Previous to this camera I had a Nikon D60. A nice camera, but I found the lenses to be too much and it was a bit much to carry around with the body, lenses, etc. I eventually settled on this (The P6000) and so far have been satisfied with it.
