- Durability The buckle feels flimsy. Not sure how long it will last. Feels like it is going to break every time I put it on.
- Portability Can't get more portable than a watch.
- Ease of use Display is nice and crisp with large digits. Buttons easily pressed and menus are easy to navigate.
- Design and form factor Nice sleek design. Fits well under jackets.
Detailed review
I've been using this for about 5 months now (running nearly every day). I haven't had any of the problems with acquiring satellites or accuracy issues that others are seeing. I run on wooded trail runs for reference. My acquisition times are less than a couple of minutes at most - less than one minute on average. I do sync the watch every day. I would recommend anyone using the watch do this. In addition to updating your runs it also downloads updated GPS data to the watch. This helps with aquisition times. I use the watch with both the GPS and the foot pod enabled. I get good consistency with the accuracy with this setup.
EDIT: I wanted to add that I have been using the watch with the Nike+ website to track runs. It works great. The only limitation I would like to see is to add more options for tracking activities. You currently only have runs. It would be nice to include hikes, walks, etc. Not really a comment on the functionality of the watch.
