Nike+ FuelBand Versus Jawbone Up
I'm in the process of testing out both the Nike+ FuelBand and the Jawbone Up. In my testing I've discovered an enormous disparity between steps counting. Curious if anyone knows why on my morning walk with my dog (about an hour) the number of steps I took on the Jawbone number 8000 versus Nike's 4000.

Does the FuelBand count calories?
I was under the impression it did, but the quick gdgt review makes it seem as though it only does "Fuel".

Does anyone else think Nike is keeping demand high by artificially limiting supply?
I'm the only person that even knows about this thing when I bring it up to people. How could demand be this high?
