I tried adding my mac address to skyhook and i dont get it still. Their customer scre tells me that there is something wrong with my idevice and they have already added my mac address. I hsve netgear wgr614 wireless router. Please help me guys.

We had power failure yesterday for about 2 hours. Since then, I am not able to connect to the internet using wireless on my router from any of my laptops. I have a couple of Thinkpads with Vista Business and XP Professional installed on them. All my wired connections are working fine. I have tried several things from resettting the modem and router to upgrading the firmware on the router. But I have not been able to get the wireless working again. Do other people who use this wifi router have problems with constant dropped connections while downloading torrents? If so, what have you done to combat this? (aside from reducing traffic) I know that this is a symptom of not using a higher-end router, but I never had these problems with my old Linksys WRT54G.
