I agree with Eazy - the touchscreen is too touchy and not at all adjustable. Plus, Verizon clutters up the main menu with icons for every service they offer whether you subscribe to it or not - VZ Navigator, VZ TV, Music, etc. I didn't want to pay their extra fees for every feature you can...
