Detailed review
I had a problem with my EnV3 and thought a Blackberry was a good way to go. I wanted out of my Blackberry so bad I took a chance and bought a Moto Droid and have loved it ever since. Android is an excellent smartphone platform (with the exception of being able to search calendars) and performs much better than (ahem) Blackberry. Not to mention the fact that there are far more apps available for Droid (free and paid, and the paid apps are typically less money). Android has a few things to work on but it it is head and shoulders ahead of anything else available on Verizon.
