Conclusion: We like it

With the Droid RAZR M, Motorola proves that it's possible to make a small, affordable Android smartphone that's worth buying. The RAZR M boasts a decent 4.3-inch display, access to Verizon's fast 4G LTE data network, a fast processor, good battery life, very good voice quality, and a sturdy, compact, lightweight body, all for an on-contract price of $99. Its display may not match those found on today's HD smartphones, and its camera is nothing special, but if you're in the market for a smartphone that's both budget and pocket-friendly, the RAZR M deserves to be near the top of your list.

Motorola's Droid Razr M is a nice little phone with a lot of good things going for it. It's not a groundbreaking or name-making device -- and it probably isn't the right choice for the hard-core enthusiast crowd who craves the absolute best technology available.

Should You Buy It? Yes, especially if you've been wanting a smaller phone that still has plenty of horsepower. But the camera is a downer. And if you do a lot of reading, gaming, or video watching on your phone, you might want to go with a larger 720p screen.

This is a rather fun addition to the Motorola collection of smartphones, and Verizon will be better for it having it in the Droid universe as well. You’ll find yourself enjoying the DROID RAZR M’s near-edge-to-edge display especially, with bright, sharp, and colorful delivery yours for the...

It’s not the fastest, the most chiseled, or most cutting-edge DROID we’ve seen to date. However, when you’re getting an equipped smartphone that’s packing the same processing power as some of its esteemed colleagues there’s plenty to like about the Motorola DROID RAZR M.

At $99, it's easy to recommend to those who already admire Motorola's hardware. If it drops a bit lower, it becomes more of a no-brainer for anyone else wishing to get into a high-performing Android phone with LTE, without breaking the bank.

It's not the revolutionary Google-Motorola mashup we've all been waiting for, but, when judged on its own merits, this phone is awesome... All other budget phones should be compared to this. This is how you do "cheap."

I bought this phone for business use, and overall it works great. The phone is a perfect size & weight and has a great battery life. The big let down is with the camera; it is disappointing to know that Motorola put a phone out with such a poor camera.
