Motorola's Droid RAZR M is a refresh of the best kind, packing S4 power, consistent performance and considerable battery life into an aggressively priced handset.

With the Droid RAZR M, Motorola proves that it's possible to make a small, affordable Android smartphone that's worth buying. The RAZR M boasts a decent 4.3-inch display, access to Verizon's fast 4G LTE data network, a fast processor, good battery life, very good voice quality, and a sturdy, compact, lightweight body, all for an on-contract price of $99. Its display may not match those found on today's HD smartphones, and its camera is nothing special, but if you're in the market for a smartphone that's both budget and pocket-friendly, the RAZR M deserves to be near the top of your list.
