  • Reception and call quality It should be noted that the speaker on this thing is loud and clear great!
  • Display on par with retina display great!
  • Battery life The curse of all Android devices. All that tweaking and customizing comes at a cost. poor
  • Camera No comments —
  • Ease of use I find Android OS makes you jump through a lot of hoops to get where you're going. so-so
  • Design and form factor Only one physical button and it's on the very top of the device. This will vary from person to person, but for me an actual button on front goes a long way. so-so
  • Portability (size / weight) The phone is surprisingly light but it's a bit large. That said, large screens are in right now and there are some out there that take it even farther (Infuse). good
  • Media support Here is where Android beats iOS. Drag it over to your memory card and play it. 9 times out of 10 it will play with no issues. good
  • Durability Plasticy and cheap feeling. The back cracks and pops a little. so-so
  • Ecosystem (apps, accessories, etc.) Android Market is rapidly catching up, and the peripherals for this device are varied and plenty. good
Detailed review
As far as android devices go, this is the best phone I've used. The keyboard accessory is non-responsive and sluggish, but the phone itself is lighting fast when not bogged down by android itself. Compare it to the smooth seamlessness of an iPhone and you'll see the difference immediately. I guess it comes down to the now ages old debate: Do you prefer to tinker and customize or do you want a smooth, flawless experience at the cost of customizability. For me, I chose the latter.
