The TV hooked up to the DCX3400 intermittently loses signal input. When this happens the front panel on the PVR shows the code du1.
The PVR is new and has only been installed since December 23, 2010. The TV is hooked up through the HDMI ports. The cable company tech man checked all the connections and changed the HDMI cable to another new one but the problem persists.
