This morning, I just took our Motorola DCT6412 (http://gdgt.com/motorola/dct6412/) into a local Comcast center to get it exchanged. It's been nothing but trouble since we received it a few months ago. Audio drop outs, pixelated video, frozen frames, and all sorts of other things that make playing back recorded shows nearly impossible to enjoy.
