- Reception and call quality Never had any problems hearing or being heard.
- Display Still not a retina display. But, that's hard to live up to. qHD resolution is interesting. I always ran in to anti-aliasing problems on small text.
- Battery life Nothing to write home about - not horrendous either.
- Camera No comments
- Ease of use Motosuck blows. Fingerprint reader is cool, but glitchy.
- Design and form factor Not the thinnest or sexiest. Seems very businessy - like they are targeting the BB audience.
- Portability (size / weight) Size is great, very light, but probably because it's made out of plastic.
- Media support Android is very open, it supports pretty much everything. Laptop dock is a joke.
- Durability Plastic back showed fingerprints easily, and it looked like it was fragile, but felt good in the hand.
- Ecosystem (apps, accessories, etc.) Android does ecosystem the best.
Detailed review
I had it for about 20 days, and returned it because I was addicted to the retina display. I found it kind of sluggish, even though it had a dual core processor (more than likely because of Motoblur). I just don't think I was ready for Android at the time.
I just ordered a Samsung Galaxy S II, and I think I'm ready to take the plunge. The Atrix wasn't sexy, I didn't feel proud to say that it was my phone (outside of the initial fingerprint reader wow factor).
My recommendation is to try before you buy.
