In the beginning the TV would be non-responsive for a few minutes, then hours and nows it's days. This is a known problem and the "solution" is to replace the capacitors on the chassis. IN other words it's a bad design and the repair will eventually come undone. It was an ok TV, but the reliability is not what it should be. DLP is a technology on the way out and I'm very hesitant to consider another Mitsubishi product.

Hi there - I still love this TV. It's been moved out of the living room, but I still use it for watching movies/sports and playing some Dreamcast. I'm wondering what firmware you guys n' gals are using. I'd have to check the exact version I'm on, but I'd be curious to know what others use and any potential benefits. Also, any line of getting "cheap" replacement bulbs would be great. I hope I don't have to replace it any time soon of course.
