Was just chatting with the team about the most comfortable gaming controller and Aaron brought up how comfortable the shoulder buttons were on the Gamecube controller due to the contour they had. Had this issue when playing Skyrim this weekend and having the combat system tire my fingers out from repeated (shoulder) button mashing.

In Game (game shop in England) I saw next to the (meagre) PC section the Xbox controller for PC, and I've always assumed that they were different products. Does the standard one infact work with PCs? (jamiehs' question seems to suggest so)

I use it for Dirt2 and Dirt3 as well as Super Meat Boy. I actually found that I could not progress further than a certain point in Dirt2 without analog control inputs of some sort, so I got one of these.

I've been playing some old classics on my Mac using the Dolphin emulator -- but I hate using the keyboard. Is it possible to use this controller with Dolphin?
