Detailed review
I'd like to rave about how awesome the Xbox is, but frankly, I'm a little disappointed in the hard drive. I did not realize that the 4GB flash drive would not allow me to install all of the massive Battlefield 3 updates. Granted, this is more the game publisher's fault than Microsoft's, but it has sullied the whole experience. I had to buy a special cable to be able to hook up the console to my monitor, and this model also does not come with a headset. For a console, it's been a bit of a headache to integrate and set up.
Once I finally finished buying peripherals that let me actually hook the thing up, playing games has been neat, the wireless controller works well, and I'm happily playing Borderlands through for the first time. No complaints otherwise.
