The Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 5000 is a good precision mouse for left-handers, but righties would be better off with a mouse designed for that hand.

To me it is just a good mouse. I don't use a mouse pad so on a marble desktop it can jump from time to time but I never have problems.

It's a mouse. Nice touch in that it will run off of either one or two AA batteries. Pretty solid for office work and general web-use; the lack of a clicking scroll-wheel is a bit of a detriment in gaming. However, it's not so much of an issue that I've seriously looked for a replacement for...

terrible compatibility due to software, had to install earlier release of software in order for mouse to work with certain programs (ex. Photoshop)
